CHAPTER 01

Acceptance of terms.

By accessing the analytical resources, machine learning models, and educational content available via capdesk.sbs, you signify your agreement to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of an institutional client, you represent that you have the authority to bind said entity to these protocols.

Our platform operates under the regulatory environment of Ontario, Canada. While we aim to provide global perspectives on financial market infrastructure, the core methodologies are tuned to Canadian liquidity parameters and domestic oversight standards.

CHAPTER 02

Permitted usage.

Capdesk grants you a revocable, non-exclusive license to use our analytical tools for educational and research purposes. You are specifically prohibited from:

  • A. Engaging in automated scraping or systematic retrieval of data to create products competitive with our Canadian Contextualizer framework.
  • B. Redistributing proprietary algorithmic models without explicit written methodology licensing from Capdesk Financial AI.
  • C. Attempting to reverse-engineer our ML-driven feedback loops or intraday volatility predictors.
CHAPTER 03

Intellectual property.

All content, including but not limited to the "Canadian Contextualizer" methodology, market signal benchmarks, and technical briefs, are the exclusive property of Capdesk Financial AI. Our logos, trademarks, and service marks are protected under Canadian and international intellectual property laws.

"User feedback or model resilience data provided by visitors during implementation benchmarking becomes part of our anonymized analytical pool, used to refine domestic market resilience scores."

We strive for continuous equilibrium in our analytical streams. However, Capdesk does not warrant that our digital environment will be uninterrupted or error-free.

This agreement and your use of capdesk.sbs are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any legal action or proceeding relating to your access to, or use of, the service shall be instituted in a provincial or federal court in Toronto, Ontario.

ACCESS

Termination of use

Capdesk reserves the right to terminate access to specific analytical models or high-density data views for users who violate our technical conduct boundaries or exceed standard data rate thresholds in a manner that threatens platform stability.
